The expansive patio/sitting area at the cottage provides the perfect vantage point to soak in the breathtaking views or unwind under a blanket of stars and enjoy a beautiful campfire.
Step inside, and you're greeted by a beautiful interior with natural materials and cozy furnishings, creating a warm and welcoming home. Large windows throughout the home frame the stunning views, allowing natural light to flood the space and further enhancing the sense of connection to the surrounding landscape.
The well-appointed kitchen beckons aspiring chefs to whip up delicious meals, while the open-concept living area provides the ideal setting for various activities and relaxation.
Follow the winding path through the trees down to the lake, where you'll discover a small beach area. There are about 20 steps from the path to the beach area and 10 more steps into the lake. The slope varies between 25-30 degrees in some sections, composed of gravel and dirt. Situated on a 2.4-acre lot, the property is mostly wooded, boasting 165 feet of shoreline!
The swimming area is great clean clear water that goes from shallow to approx. 4 feet deep at the end of the dock, dock ladder for access, no weeds.

Your dog would be fine so long he/she is picked up after, not left alone in the cottage or up on the furniture, and not allowed to bother the neighbours. All dog hair must be cleaned from the cottage despite the cleaning service. He/she must also have a flea and tick collar or treatment.
