The space
This loft features 17ft high ceilings with 1800s exposed brick and a large heritage window. Newley renovated with brand new stainless steel appliances, modern gold finishes, and glass railings.
Set up your laptop on our large live edge workspace which overlooks the entire apartment. Or spend your time downstairs in the "study".
Our kingsize bed is fitted with a minimum of 4 pillows, fresh always white sheets, duvet and throw blanket. Across from the bed is a 55" HD tv that has access to a multitude of streaming platforms.
If you feel like cooking our kitchen is fully stocked with brand new pots, pans, and cooking utensils. All you need to bring is food and spices!
When the day is done clean off in our glass shower with rainfall showerhead. We leave you with 2 sets of freshly washed face, hand, and body towels.
In-suite laundry is free to use.
Come morning start your day with one of our many flavoured coffees. We supply the sweeteners, you supply your favourite creamer!

We are located in downtown Barrie, if you are booking on a weekend please note restaurants and bars are open until 2am. In the Summertime live music is played on the streets during the day (on weekends).
Our heritage windows may be beautiful but they do not keep noise out well. If the hustle and bustle of downtown will keep you up please keep that in mind before booking.
