The ground floor includes an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area with solid oak floors throughout. This area is fitted with multi-zone in-ceiling speakers so you can enjoy surround sound music. The large fully fitted kitchen is an entertainers dream, equipped with modern appliances including a double range with electric ovens and gas hobs, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area has a large hand crafted oak table that seats 10 and with its open fireplace and piano it is the perfect location for cozy after-dinner sing songs. There are two sitting rooms that share a double sided wood/turf burning stove, perfect for those chilly evenings. Also on the ground floor is a utility room (with washing machine and a dryer), a bathroom and one king-size en-suite bedroom. Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom that has a large walk in shower, the second with two twin beds and the third with a queen size bed. There is also a family bathroom with jetted tub and shower on this floor. Outside there are two deck/patio areas on different levels, outdoor speakers and a built-in gas barbecue for outdoor entertaining during the summer. There is also an elevated wooden deck with fire pit that boasts spectacular views of Inishturk, Clare Island and Achill Island.
