Trieste courtyard model home with double-entry French doors that open to the heated private pool and casita. The Bellagio is a gated private community that affords access to a beautiful Mediterranean-inspired clubhouse, large heated community pool, tennis courts and fitness center. Ideal for cyclist too as the home is across from the Venetian Waterway Park's bike trail entrance. The community is only a short walk or bike ride from Venice Beach and historic downtown Venice. The house is a Mediterranean style with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a two car garage and a very private heated pool. The pool area is a fully screened-in lanai with a separate "casita" enclosed off the fully furnished courtyard. This courtyard separates the casita with a queen size murphy bed, TV and desk and is perfect for a second couple or additional guests. The spacious master bedroom has been newly furnished including a king size bed and desk area and includes a master bath and two walk-in closets. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower. The guest bedroom serves as another seating area, furnished with a sofa bed, chair and TV. The open floor plan allows for plenty of living space. The great room includes luxurious leather furnishings , a big screen TV and wireless internet. The great room opens to a back patio that offers a spectacular evening sunset and a great place for morning coffee. Off the great room is a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a breakfast bar and an eat in dining area overlooking the courtyard pool. The home is equipped with a washer and dryer and pull down ironing board. There is also an additional utility sink located in the garage. The house is fully furnished with towels and linens. The Home Owner Association and the City of Venice requires a minimum 30 day rental. That is only a minimum and dates are flexible if not already rented.
