The peace, serenity and quietness of this beautiful place is relaxing. The view is awesome from the hill. The night sky is filled with stars and you can hear a pin drop.
This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath getaway is incredibly peaceful. Vaulted ceiling in the living area and high 10 ‘ ceilings throughout the home gives you wide open space. Nestled on the hilltop with little to no traffic, you will experience true peace and quiet. Spending the days sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise and enjoying your morning or the night listening to the fountain and looking at the blanket of stars. The minute you arrive you will feel the stress of the daily grind melt away.
Located outside the town of Dayton, Tennessee you are just minutes from historic downtown and shopping. Surrounded by lake Chigamauga, the Tennessee River and Hiwassee River you have multiple places to launch a boat or fish. This location is perfect for the weekend angler or boating enthusiast.
More attractions are just a short drive. Local attraction, Cherohala Skyway , Gatlinburg and Dollywood just to name a few.
With luxury accommodation that comfortably sleep up to 7 people, you can invite the whole family.
If you are a bird enthusiast you will really enjoy the wildlife. Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge is just down the hill and you will see many of the local and seasonal birds from Cranes, ducks, geese, Heron and even Bald Eagles perch on the tree just outside your front door.
Along with the bird population you will also see whitetail deer, red fox and turkey occasionally on the property.
There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas and the local people are friendly and welcoming
Large open spaces with no neighbors in sight. get ready to fall in love with Tennessee while you recharge yourself relaxing on the deck under 2 large awnings during the day and sitting around a fire at night watching for falling stars.
There is additional space for boat and RV parking. There is 50amp power, water and sewer hook ups for an RV or camper.
During the 4th of July you can view multiple displays across the valley from the top of the hill on the property. Thoroughly enjoy watching all the beautiful fireworks without fighting traffic or crowds.
