CottageRents presents Salt Air Cottage, one of our 2015 brand new beach house rentals with calming, upscale, coastal charm. Our goal at CottageRents was to bring the South Walton coastal design to beautiful Cape San Blas with all of or rental homes. We at CottageRents invite you to reserve your stay at one of our beach house rentals and enjoy the fruits of effort from the many that made this possible. We humbly thank the craftsmen, architects and interior designers that worked so hard to make this happen. - Located first tier however there are no homes between us and the gulf, offering unobstructed views as if it were gulf front - The beach boardwalk is steps away from the back - Private Heated Pool as well as a Community Pool - Elevator; a handicap friendly house - 5 bedrooms, all with gulf views with covered balcony plus an additional bunkroom/den at foyer (home sleeps 15 total) - 5 full baths with one having a handicap accessible shower - Main level living room and ground level children's den - Smart TVs in living room, children's den and in each bedroom - Dogs welcome Salt Air Cottage has been professionally decorated to bring you a calming spa-like coastal chic feel. Beds to sleep 15. Many custom features to include coastal trim, ceramic tile, granite and plenty of windows. A well stocked kitchen, two refrigerators and gourmet-quality cookware plus a coffee bar located on the bedroom level to enjoy your morning coffee out on the porch in an Adirondack chair overlooking the gulf. The main level den is open to the kitchen and dining area for large gatherings with seating for all and opens to the spacious covered porch with outdoor seating. An outdoor grill is located at the pool area where you will find a picnic table and bar along with pool furnishings.
