Located in the quiet heart of Narragansett Pier, this luxury home is perfect for a weekly rental, college visit, wedding, or short getaway. Completely remodeled in 2023, the property boasts high end finishes throughout, a chef’s kitchen with Thermador appliances, and all the extra amenities to make your stay comfortable. Outside, an enclosed outdoor shower, Weber grill, and an outdoor dining area await you after a day in the sun and surf.
The house is 1665 sq. feet with an open concept first floor making great use of the space. The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity. The second floor consists of the master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and additional bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom. Although the house is primarily set up for 6 guests, there is a full size memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room if you’d like to sleep 8. At the top of the stairs, you’ll find a small porch with a table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee.

The location is second to none. You are a 5 minute walk to local shops and restaurants and an 8 minute walk to the Town Beach, Coast Guard House, or the gorgeous sea wall on Ocean Rd. The entrance to the O’Neill Bike Path is a 5 minute ride away.
Other locations by vehicle: Middlebridge School 5 minutes, URI 15 minutes, Point Judith Ferries 15 minutes, Newport 25 minutes, Watch Hill 30 minutes, Providence TF Green Airport 30 minutes, Westerly Airport 30 minutes.
While we always welcome guests and their children, we are unable to provide any child specific items (i.e. high chair, crib, pack and play, outlet covers, etc.)
