Located in Grand Lake, Colorado, this 30-acre property is nestled between Arapahoe National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park, ensuring an abundance of beauty and wildlife. This 9 bedroom, 7 bathroom lodge sleeps 32 people and offers 10,000 square feet spread over four levels. With its tasteful finishes, impressive amenities, and stunning views; come enjoy an experience unrivaled by any other. Take a short scenic drive into Rocky Mountain National Park upon arriving at this remarkable log home. A grand portico will lead you into the lodge where you are welcomed by a decorated foyer and separate entrance offering personalized cubbies, hooks, and benches for easy removal of your mountain gear. Just beyond the entry is the awe-inspiring great room with massive picture windows framed by vaulted ceilings providing spectacular mountain views. Gather around the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace to swap stories of your adventures from the day! The adjacent gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need; top of the line appliances and kitchen gadgets, high-end finishes, and a large dining table. The side deck has an outdoor grill station with a barbeque, meat smoker, picnic tables, and built-in speakers for your own personal entertainment. Walk out to the deck that wraps around the entire front of the lodge; offering views of the private pond and wildflowers in the summer and snowcapped mountains in the winter. Rounding out the main level is a relaxing den, laundry room, full common area bathroom, and one private bedroom with a king bed and ensuite. Head up the handmade log staircase to the second level of the lodge where you will find four luxurious king rooms offering complete comfort and total relaxation. Two of these bedrooms have ensuites while the other two share a full bathroom. One of the game rooms is just down the hall equipped with large leather chairs, a foosball table, and billiards. Enjoy the mountain views from the upper level as you make your way across the balcony to the grand master suite, a romantic hideaway with a sitting area, king size bed, and large master bathroom. The top level of the lodge offers an enclosed loft with four twin-size beds, a shuffleboard table, and a wide assortment of children’s toys. The lower level plays host to the ultimate recreation and relaxation center of the lodge! Movie lovers will be overjoyed with the large projector screen, oversized sofa, and piles of plush pillows. The master remote control will be highly sought after as it offers complete control over the movie, sound system, and lighting. Be sure to start the popcorn machine and flip on the gas fireplace before nestling up for the night!
