The Modern Wellness Villa has its own outdoor Swimming Pool , various terraces, a lovely garden with a BBQ and private parking space. Fibre-optics internet is available everywhere, including the swimming pool and terraces.
Layout of the residence:
Ground floor: living room with two leather couches, Smart TV with beautiful coffee tables. Dining table with six chairs and two end chairs in the large kitchen. Air conditioned.
Large, white, modern kitchen. Appliances: Siemens dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, Siemens fridge/freezer, Bosch oven and stove, Bosch coffee maker, Philips toaster, and a Toaster.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink
Top floor: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. Two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a guest bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Air conditioned.
Lower level: large living room, large bedroom with two single beds and a child’s bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds, and a guest bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink.
For small children, there is a child’s bed, Maxi-Cosi, Buggy stroller and a baby bouncer.
In front of the swimming pool, there are airbeds and eight sun loungers. A sofa with two lounge chairs and a coffee table are located in front of the pergola, at the front of the house.
On the large terrace, underneath the pergola with glass folding doors, there is a dining table with eight chairs. The barbecue can be used with charcoal or gas. The house is energy efficient—all green brands were chosen for the appliances and the water heater is solar powered.

Summary: Just returned from a hen party with 10 ladies and just wanted to say that the villa was absolutely beautiful and perfect for what we were looking for. The process to book from start to finish was very easy and the owner was very accommodating. The lady who manages this was also a great help and gave us useful info such as taxi companies etc, the location is great (20 minutes or so taxi ride to Alicante centre) the villa is only 10 minutes away from the airport. Overall, we all had a great time and would highly recommend. Thank you
