fLuxurious dream villa located in COSTA ADJE in the South of Tenerife, noted for its tranquility and privacy.
It has wonderful panoramic views of the mountains and the sea from all angles and rooms.
It has two large infinity pools with hydromassage, solarium, gardens, barbecue, terraces and chill out areas at different levels to rest and enjoy your vacation on the island to the fullest.
The areas are equipped with ergonomic loungers, Balinese beds, Jacuzzi, tables, chairs and outdoor sofas.
The establishment has three floors that can be accessed via stairs or elevator. There is cold air conditioning in all rooms.
There are five double bedrooms with King Size beds, each one decorated in a different style and color. Two are on the ground floor and three are on the upper floor, all en suite. All of them has a dressing room and a bathroom inside the room.
There are two spacious and elegant rooms on the ground floor, both with a large and comfortable chaise lounge sofa and plasma TV, as well as WIFI available in all rooms.
The kitchen has a large central island, it is equipped with all the necessary top-quality appliances: oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, wine cellar, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker...
On the ground floor -1, there is a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer and personal cleaning items.
Garage for 5 vehicles and electric charger.
Thanks to the open spaces, luminosity and integrated home automation, we will make your stay more comfortable and comfortable.

The combination of the sets of lights, blinds, glass windows that surround almost the entire house, the interior patio of lights decorated with typical vegetation of the Canary Islands, the marble in the exterior structure, palm trees that surround the garden, the interior parquet will make its modern and minimalist style transmit a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, to make you feel at home.
After making the reservation, you must sign a rental agreement and perform the Official Online Registration required by law, providing copies of all passports or identification of all guests.
A damage deposit of €1,000 is required. The property charges it 7 days before arrival. This will be charged by credit card. It must be refunded within 7 days after check-out. Your deposit will be fully refunded by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO CELEBRATE PARTIES. In case of non-compliance, the client will be charged the amount of €5,000 as a penalty.
