There is plenty to do for the whole family. You can't help but relax. Enjoy a sun downer on the upstairs balcony then join the family for a BBQ in the spacious and sheltered outdoor patio. Challenge your friends to a game of darts or pool or just sit back, put your feet up and take it all in.
Wake up in the morning and enjoy the serenity while taking in the ocean views from the large master bedroom which is situated upstairs. This consists of a King size bed (sheets provided). Also just outside the door is a family/ lounge area where you can kick back read a book, watch a movie or just take a break, NO WIFI AVAILABLE.
Downstairs consists of 3 more generous sized bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen and dining area, formal dining and another lounge / family area. There is also an extra shower and toilet off the laundry just in from the outside patio.
Plenty of room to park including an enclosed lockable yard with side access.
There is also a enclosed lockable shed, lock your bikes, boat, jet ski or windsurfers away.
Pets Considered on owners approval (outside only) $500 PET BOND APPLICABLE.

Ledge Point is a charming fishing village located 10 minutes drive south of Lancelin. Ledge offers beautiful sugary-white beaches stretching for as far as the eye can see. The village was established to service the local cray fishing industry and has evolved into a beautiful beach-side getaway. Ledge offers an interesting mix of traditional and modern beach house, chalet, caravan and camping accommodation.
This part of WAs coast is recognized internationally as one of the great windsurfing venues. In January each year they hold the prestigious Ledge Point to Lancelin Ocean Classic, which draws enthusiasts from around the world.
Sport and entertainment in the village centres on the Country Club, with its golf course, bowling greens and tennis facilities.
Just south of the village is where the Dutch East Indies ship, the Vergulde Draeck, or Gilt Dragon, went down after striking reefs in 1646. Some 70 mariners were marooned ashore, never to be rescued.
