Hamptons style, light and spacious beach house with amazing views over the Solent and Isle of Wight. Located directly on the sea front with a large garden. 5 minute drive (or 30 minute walk) to West Wittering Blue Flag Beach, village shops, pubs, cafes; 20 min drive to the historic town of Chichester; 25 min drive to Goodwood Estate WIFI
The Space
A new build property built to a very high standard. House design is “upside down”. Upstairs complete with kitchen, living and TV room, with large vaulted ceilings offering stunning views out to sea.
Ground Floor - Sleeps 10 (4 Bedrooms). Two bedrooms with king beds, each with separate ensuite baths. Third bedroom with two single beds and Fourth (Bunk room) with 4 beds; shared large bathroom with shower and two sinks. Utility room with washer and dryer.

Security and key details will be sent week before arrival.
CCTV to front & rear. Alarm system.
Garage/shed/studio and Master bedroom not included in rental.
Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture included.
Interaction with guests

East Wittering for butcher, bakery, fish monger, fresh produce, convenience store, pub, cafes, beach shop. Ocado can be ordered for arrival.
