This unit is located in the center of Seagrove Beach with great access to shopping and dining; from pizza,subway,fine dining and all choices in between. Located 1 mile west, within a bike ride on the bike path along 30-A, is Seaside with its shops and restaurants and plenty of activities for the family. Water Color and Western Lake, Grayton state park and Grayton beach are all within 5 miles. The state parks at Grayton and Deerlake provide undeveloped pristine beaches with trails and nature at its best. Deerlake, Water Sound, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach all located east of Legacy and the bike path runs each way (east and west) along
30-A. Legacy is a high end complex, with only 22 units, 16 gulf front and 6 townhouses. The private beach never gets crowded like other places on the beach. There are only a few rental units in Legacy. This unit has great access to the pool and beach with the balcony stairs (7 steps) going directly down to the pool deck and the beach boardwalk. The other units have to use the elevator and walk around the side of the building to gain access and most guests have commented on how nice that is to be able to access the pool and beach.
