The Space:
This apartment has two private bedrooms-
one room is called Blue room and one Gold room.
Blue room is the bigger of the two lovely private bedrooms. It boasts with light and lively colors, has big cozy double bed, big wardrobes, lovely balcony, mirrors, desk for working. All linens, towels and maps provided, and of course the rooms door has also lock .
Gold room is compact but as smart- there is cozy double bed, working area with desk, wardrobe, mirrors. All linens, towels and maps provided. There is also a balcony with table and chairs under the shade.
The apartment also has fully equipped kitchen, lounge area with multimedia devices, and bathroom with mini spa and bath. There is washing machine and iron in apartment.
Perfect place for INDEPENDENT traveller who likes SECURITY AND COMFORT, located in safe residential area near the historic centre of Athens.

shops, bars, supermarkets, public transport stations nearby.
Koukaki may not be exactly the gem for the architecture lovers, as it is really a very casual Athenian area, but it can definitely boast with the central location and security.
So it is best choice for those who look for safe and quiet place really near the centre.
Getting Around:
FROM/to AIRPORT bus X95 runs 24/ 7 to Syntagma and from there a short and cheap taxi ride.
Ship port bus 40 from Syntagma runs 24/7, taxi is 12-15 eur.

station KOUKAKI. its very near- maybe 3-4 min by foot. From there you take trolleybus -1, 5 or 15 and those will take you to Syntagma.
Also you can walk all the way- straight from Veikou street to Acropolis museum 10 min and from there to Syntagma- another 10 perhaps.
The metro and bus stations are also very near- they are mostly located in Sygrou avenue. You can see that on the map. There is bus 40 that takes you to Piraeus port and there is metro station SYGROU FIX that takes you anywhere you wish :)

*Also please note the check in (after 15:00) and check out (before 11:00 am). To provide good and thorough cleaning service we cannot always be very flexible with check in/out times, but we try to do our best to help our guests.
WE CAN NOT OFFER LUGGAGE STORAGE, as we do not have space for such service, and for security reasons we can not have people coming and going after their check in/out times.
If you arrive 2-3 hours early and someone from staff is there, you may bring your luggage bit earlier.. But when your flight arrives/leaves very early or late, we recommend luggage storage in city centre- look our guidebook or ask us ;) If you should have any questions or I can help you or make your stay more convenient, please do not hesitate to ask!
LATE CHECK IN is ok, After 12 at midnight we strongly recommend you to check in only when you use our private driver services- this is for your and our comfort- to make sure that you can arrive to the accommodation safely and instead of being lost somewhere and calling us at night to ask advice or help. The cost is same as usual taxi, but the comfort level is priceless:)

We do not live in the property, actually we live quite far away, but we almost always available (on reasonable times) by phone, by internet.
All our communication is in ENGLISH, please ask help of an English speaking friend if your own skills are not enough to understand our instructions.
