** floating dock beyond deck is not currently accessible** Our newly remodeled luxury Suwannee riverfront home w/ hot tub in the springs capital of the world! Itchnetucknee, Ginnie springs, Bob's river place, and dozens of more great springs accessible by car or boat! My wife and I bought this place for its endless outdoor activities but also wanted something clean, modern, with a rustic farmhouse feel. So we gutted the place and went to town! The place sleeps 4 max!!!! No pets allowed. It features all-new shiplap walls in the common areas, new kitchen with cast iron farmhouse sink and decor, new doors, paint, and dock! Also, a screen enclosed porch elevated on the back of the house overlooking the river complete with 4 rocking chairs! We also have a two single basic sit-on-top kayaks on the property for you guys to use as well! Fire pit with flip over grill to cook up the worlds best wood fired food. Bring your own firewood. The property is not fenced in. Whether you just want to relax, bring your boat, go tubing down the Itchnetucknee or Ginnie springs, scalloping at the end of the summer, we are in close proximity to it all! There are more than a dozen springs accessible by water or car! There are enough state parks and hiking trails to keep you busy for months! If you bring your boat or jet ski there is a public boat ramp about 6 houses down from us! There are plenty of great dirt roads to bring your ATV or golf cart as well! -Boat dock has a jet dock for jet skis to pull up on for safe storage dockage! Jet skis are an awesome way to visit all the springs!
