This is a 6300 square foot luxury home within walking distance of Richmond park and Wimbledon Village but enjoying immense privacy within a private estate, gated, and not overlooked by any adjoining houses. The house was built in the early 2000’s in an arts and crafts style and we have recently refurbished the property to a high standard.
There is a large formal sitting room, more informal snug off the open plan kitchen area. A playroom, dedicated gym with Peloton equipment and study. 6 kingside bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and two family bathrooms with a further two WC’s.
The gardens are beautiful and mature with an orchard and a larger upper lawn and hidden play area with tree house, trampoline and swing.
There are x2 washing machines, a dryer, high speed broadband, GSHP heating, solar panels, UFH and portable air conditioners if required. Gas fires in the formal sitting room and study.
There is a large, heated, outdoor pool 15m in length - perfect for lengths or family fun. It comes with a hard cover.
