The house was built in the early 2000’s in an arts and crafts style and we have recently refurbished the property to a high standard.
There is a large formal sitting room, more informal snug off the open plan kitchen area. A playroom, dedicated gym with Peloton equipment and study. 6 kingside bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and two family bathrooms with a further two WC’s.
The gardens are beautiful and mature with an orchard and a larger upper lawn and hidden play area with tree house, trampoline and swing.
There are x2 washing machines, a dryer, high speed broadband, GSHP heating, solar panels, UFH and portable air conditioners if required. Gas fires in the formal sitting room and study.
