Welcome to this new custom built home in the highly coveted hamlet of Water Mill in The Hamptons. This home features 4000 sq ft with high end imported finishes, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3 marble gas fireplaces. 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen smart tvs. A soaking tub is present in the primary bathroom and all of the other bathrooms have walk in marble showers with heated marble floors and all showers have built in marble benches. There is also an outdoor shower. The home is centrally located in prime Water Mill right off 27A so it allows quick access to Bridgehampton Village in 3 minutes, Southampton village in 10 minutes, Sag Harbor in 10 minutes and multiple ocean beaches in 5- 10 minutes. Due to the home’s central location some street noise during the daytime is unavoidable. However, the entire backyard is surrounded by sound reducing double fences, 4 rows of dense evergreen trees, 3 large waterfalls (including a waterfall edge from the saltwater hot tub into the pool) and a state of the art surround sound system to add to your outdoor enjoyment and privacy. The home is also positioned geographically off the same street as the famed luxury hotel - Topping Rose House! Three sets of 8ft tall French doors open outward onto a 1600 square foot custom laid blue stone terrace with a 40ft long saltwater swimming pool (8ft maximum depth) and 12ft long salt water hot tub with double waterfalls into the pool. There is all new furniture from Restoration Hardware throughout the inside of the home and outside on the terrace surrounding the pool. There are luxury commercial grade appliances (Wolf, SubZero, Miele) throughout and a built in outdoor kitchen with a commericial grade natural gas (Lynx) grill. 11ft ceilings are present on the first floor and 10ft ceilings are present on the second floor. Gas lanterns, french herringbone hardwood floors, sweeping free standing curved staircase, and a 60 light crystal chandelier will great you upon entry and are sure to impress even the most discerning guests. There is also a full wet bar in laid with marble and glass in the living room that has an icemaker that makes 32lbs of clear ice daily and a wine refrigerator. The home is perfect for high end entertaining! From the 2 Wolf ovens and range with 8 burners to the Miele Steam Oven and outdoor and indoor refrigerators as well as 2 Miele dishwashers; this home is a dream come true for a guest who values having a new custom built luxury home to stay in as well as a central location to quickly access all the best restaurants, shops, and beaches the Hamptons has to offer.
