This beautiful fully renovated 2,500 sq.ft. cottage is located on a quiet Burnt River in Kawartha Lakes, featuring great swimmable deep weed-free water off the dock and no neighbors opposite. This is a great four-season getaway destination only 2hr away from Toronto. The cottage is perfect to relax as a family and to host friends and family with a number of activities at the property (pool table, sauna, bbq, fire pit with Muskoka chairs) and outdoor activities (swimming, kayaking, boating, hiking)
Just minutes to Fenelon Falls the jewel of the Kawartha Lakes that features a number of great restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops and all other necessities: Pharmacy, Sobeys, LCBO, The Beer Store, Canadian Tire and Home Hardware.
The Victoria Rail Trail is used year-round for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. The trail follows the former CN rail line which was constructed beginning in 1874. The start of construction also coincided with the incorporation of the village of Fenelon Fall.
