Summary: The house is very nice and spacious. It is not kids friendly however so be aware. Baby crib, high chair, bikes, beach equipment are all extra costs through other companies. The glass balcony doors in the top floor master bedroom are fogged inside so the view of the ocean is not clear. The management company was not willing to compensate me for the lack of view in that room and the dead roach we found on the floor in the kitchen upon arrival. The BBQ grill was not connected correctly for us and they assured us it was tested out before we arrived. They did send someone to rectify that and the missing door handles in the screen door in the above mentioned master bedroom. Overall, nice size house with elevator, nice location near the beach and pool was nice. Too bad the little things that the management company should have seen to were not done correctly. And they are not willing to give any compensation. I have stayed at other VRBO houses and never had these kinds of issues.
