Join us at "Be Somebody," a Luxury Beach Home located in charming Seagrove Beach, in the heart of 30A. "Be Somebody" is a professionally decorated, spacious, 4 bedroom home that can sleep 10 and will make you want to visit time and again. March - October we rent by the week only - 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) November - February we rent for a minimum of 3 nights.
Located in the desirable Cassine Village, a quiet and private residential neighborhood, our home will simply sweep you away with its charm, beauty, original artwork, antiques, eclectic and comfortable style.
Our two level home is just four blocks off the beach, (a 5 minute walk). We have 5 adult bikes available for our guests. Our location is within walking distance to Seaside, local restaurants (our favorite restaurant Cafe 30A), beach rentals, and fresh seafood markets.
This luxury home includes 3 Master Suites, all with en suite baths, 2 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed, a twin bedroom and an additional room with 2 sets of built in bunk beds.
The main level of our home includes hardwood flooring throughout and a lovely spacious, open-concept Chef's kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you need for cooking and enjoying meals at home. There is ample seating for 12, which includes an inviting farm dining table that will seat 8, along with a large breakfast bar that will seat 4. The adjoining living area has 2 comfortable sofas, a pair of club chairs with an ottoman. There is also a 60" flat screen TV, with DVD player. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths on the main level, one king & queen with en suite bathrooms and a charming twin bedroom with full bathroom directly across the hall. All 3 bedrooms are beautifully, professionally decorated with very comfortable beds and flat screen tvs. The laundry room is also conveniently located on the main level along with plenty of space for hanging beach towels after a fun day on the beach. The large screened in back porch offers a great place to curl up with a book or a perfect place to gather with friends.
Also, feel free to enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower in one of our two fully covered outdoor showers, which is perfect after a hot, sunny day on the beach.
The upstairs consists of a master suite, which has a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, en suite bath, walk in closet, and a private balcony where you can sit, relax and listen to the surf. There is also a spacious room upstairs with 2 sets of built in bunk beds, complete with a flat screen TV/DVD and a small sitting area. It is a perfect hangout for kids to watch movies and play games.
Come and enjoy the wonderful amenities that our house and Cassine Village have to offer! All guests in our community have access to two swimming pools, tennis courts and nature trails. Sorry, we do not allow smoking on property nor any pets. Also no parking on street. All autos must be in driveway which holds 4. We require our renters to be 30 years old and above. (You may be asked to provide proof of age.) * We rent by the week ( Sat - Sat.) only most all of the year, sometimes we make exceptions for 4 night stays during off periods.

Summary: Wow...what I can I say. This is the best VRBO property I have ever stayed in and we've stayed in a lot throughout the years. The pictures don't do it justice...it's much better in person. The home is very spacious, beautifully decorated and was immaculate. The beds are so comfortable. I cannot stress enough how the home is absolutely stunning throughout and the layout was perfect for our party. The location and neighborhood couldn't have been better. It's very accessible to beach access, Seaside town, restaurants etc. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed and then some. The absolute best part of the home is the screened in porch in the back of the home. The bed swing is so relaxing and comfortable...I don't know how i will ever rent a home without one again. I love that the property backed up to a green area so could enjoy the sounds of nature etc while enjoying coffee, wine etc on the back porch. We spent SO much time out there. We were able to use the bikes and beach chairs throughout the week. And I cannot say enough about Bryan. He was so communicative and helpful throughout the process. Our arrival time was the middle of the night and he made sure that we got into the home OK and had the lights on for us. He checked on us a couple times and provided restaurant recommendations etc. If you are thinking about this home...don't hesitate. We cannot wait to stay in Be Somebody again.
