Positive: Fantastic location with amazing views! It's close enough to drive to the more touristy areas (Pier Park, etc) but far enough away where the beach wasn't crowded. Our teenagers even loved it! It was also nice having chairs and umbrellas available on the beach and able to rent extra. The property manager was very helpful with quick responses, too. Overall a great place and we would definitely stay here again.
