Please use the foil provided to protect the grill pans etc.
Leave the oven as you found it, as a charges will be deducted for extra cleaning if it’s clear foil hasn’t been used.
• Kitchen Basics & Laundry:
Tea, coffee, sugar, oil, dishwasher tablets, etc are there for your use on
arrival. Microwave is located in the Kitchen. The washing machine and
separate dryer are located in the laundry area.

Summary: While Abi was a great host and very accommodating of our requests, the inaccuracy of the listing materials and state of the property when we arrived left much to be desired. The property was listed as having a king bed (the listing has since been changed), which was the primary reason for my booking. Had I known the property did not have a king bed, I would not have booked it. While not as big of a problem, most of the furniture shown in the photographs is no longer in the unit. Additionally, towels were dirty upon our arrival. Ultimately, there were other clean ones available but this, in conjunction with the very inaccurate listing, was very frustrating. Finally, while not the host's fault, the second floor was *very* warm during our stay and made sleeping very difficult for everyone, despite turning the thermostat down rather low. The first floor was an icebox while the second floor was very warm. As the title suggests, however, Abi (the host) was great. He was responsive, accommodating, and sought to address our concerns/frustrations to the extent he could. Ultimately, everything worked out though not without a fair amount of frustration. While Abi was great, this property left much to be desired in light of the listing inaccuracies, dirty towels, and very warm second floor. Would certainly stay with Abi again, just not at this property.
