Bright and open, you will immediately notice the custom designed kitchen, with all wood maple cabinets, granite countertops, under-mount stainless sink, and stainless steel appliances. With utensils fully stocked, this kitchen would make any chef proud. Added bonus? A built in cooler for all of your favorite beverages! Stylish pendant lighting is over the seated bar. Walking into the large living space, you will find a comfortable leather sectional, 42 inch flat screened TV with DVR and plenty of natural light. But perhaps the most popular area of this sought after home, is the balcony, which offers beautiful beach views. Watch the sunsets or listen to the waves crashing while enjoying a favorite drink or reading a good book. Free Wifi, but no landline phone in unit. 7 night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.
