This luxurious apartment has been completely renovated to become the perfect apartment. It has been designed by one of the best architects in Madrid, mixing the classic character typical of this area with modern details, all dominated by simplicity and sobriety. It is a movie apartment, as there are several elements that have been used in movies: The kitchen has been used for the last film by Almodóvar and the entrance of the kitchen was used in the 'Labyrinth of the Faun'. The apartment has everything you need to be your home in Madrid. It has roofs of 5 meters high, pine wood floors, led lighting, all luxury details ... It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen with a beautiful balcony overlooking the street, large living room with balconies overlooking the street, entrance hall and library with a selection of my favorite books. The apartment has 4 rooms distributed: -Room 1: 2 single beds 90x200 (can be separated) -Room 2: 1 queen bed 150x200 -Room 3: 2 single beds of 90x200 (can be separated) -Room 4: 2 single beds of 90x200 (can be separated) It has 3 bathrooms distributed: -Bath 1: It is ensuite in room 1 with the toilet and separate WC (Shower) -Baño 2: It is between the living room and the library, it is a bathroom with bathtub -Bath 3: It is ensuite in room 3 with the toilet and separate WC (Shower) During the stay you have access to the entire house, you will enjoy the entire apartment. You can use the kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen is very equipped. You can use everything. The house is delivered with the necessary bedding and towels for guests. In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase. The home has, among others, with: - Heating - Air conditioner - Wifi - TV - Full kitchen - Washing machine - Natural light - Telephone (wireless intercom) - Hangers in the cupboards - It is delivered with bedding and 2 towels for each guest plus bath mat in each bathroom - Check-in at any time (Subject to availability) - Attention during the stay in case of any incident Guests can expect access to any type of information / recommendation about the city and help in everything that is available at all times from the beginning of your reservation until the end of your stay, to suit the guest. The check-in time is from 4 in the afternoon, although in some cases you can enter before, just ask me. If you arrive after 11 at night there will be a night check-in fee of € 15, to be paid at the time of check-in. The entrance door to the apartment closes suddenly. It is important not to forget the keys inside during your stay in the city. At the time of check out, please leave the keys on the living room table and close the door behind you. The departure time is before 11 if we have not agreed another time previously. Our cleaning girl will arrive around 11. If you agree with her, please, let her enter. The apartment is next to the Puerta del Sol, in the heart of Madrid. It is a few minutes from the famous Plaza Mayor, where you can enjoy many bars, restaurants and terraces. Also, at Christmas you can visit the Christmas market of the Plaza Mayor. Thanks to this central location, it is possible to walk to the most emblematic sites of Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, Gran Vía, the museums area or the Sabatini Gardens. But in addition, you will be surrounded by many charming corners. I invite you to visit the restaurant El Botín, the oldest restaurant in the world, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Another place with a lot of charm, is the Sabatini terrace, with beautiful views of the Royal Palace and its gardens, open in the summer months. And if you like this type of terraces with views, very close to the apartment you have the terrace "The Hat" on Imperial Street, The Secret Garden on Montera Street and the terrace of the English Court of Callao, with magnificent views of the roofs from the downtown area of Madrid and Gran Vía. If what you are interested in is a different plan and a relaxing day, I recommend you visit the Arab Baths that are only 5 minutes away on foot. There you can enjoy the typical Arab baths and different types of massages. Nor can we forget to pay a visit to the Cafeteria San Ginés, famous for having the best churros with chocolate in the city! La Mallorquina café in Sol, and El Viajero, in Plaza de la Cebada, are also very nice and offer delicious breakfasts and snacks. In the Plaza de Oriente, where the Royal Palace is located, you will find the famous Café de Oriente, writers, poets and artists met in the vaulted cellar and today famous personalities continue to meet in this historic cafeteria. And if you want to try the best starred eggs in Spain, you have the famous Casa Lucio just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, in Plaza de Santa Cruz. The Barrio de la Latina is also very close, and it is perfect to go for a drink at night and enjoy some music and good atmosphere. If you fancy a day of shopping, you are in the perfect area, since the apartment is surrounded by streets full of shops such as Calle Arenal, Preciados or Gran Vía. Ministries take line 10 to Tribunal. In Tribunal, take line 1 to Antón Martín. Walk to the apartment - Taxi (20-25 minutes / € 30) - Aerocity / Airport Shuttle: door to door service, 30 minutes and around € 30 for 4 people.
