This custom built home is finely furnished and features oak, granite, flagstone, porcelain, tumbled marble, hand hewn hardware and custom woodwork finishes throughout. It has 4 Bedrooms, an office loft, casual, formal & outdoor dining, a game room and 4 spacious & scenic decks. This house is ideally suited to enjoying the Colorado lifestyle and is perfect for family reunions and entertaining guests.

Climb at the famous Elephant Buttress area or kayak down Boulder Creek all this only 4 minutes to downtown, Pearl Street & CU and 22 minutes to skiing on the slopes at Eldora. This historic towns of Salina and Gold Hill are a short drive or healthy ride up the road.
