Situated in Gloucester Pool, the Hamptons is 90 minutes north of Toronto. Gloucester Pool is located in the southern most region of Muskoka, near Port Severn. Unlimited boating options await for guests to experience and explore including the famous Trent Severn Waterway System. Or perhaps boat through the locks to experience the many islands of Georgian Bay. Why not take a trip to the famous Henry’s Fish Fry which is only accessible by boat. In addition to enjoying endless boating options there are so many fine dining restaurants in the “Pool” as well as renowned fishing and golfing.
Once the helicopter lands on it’s own private pad it is time to explore this magnificent property. No surprise that the Hamptons boasts a 212 ft. pristine clear water shoreline that offers both deep water swimming as well as a hard sandy beach cove for small children. The Space
This newly renovated 7000 sq. ft. oasis boasts floor to ceiling windows throughout, drenching the entire home with unlimited sunlight and breathtaking views from any level. The main floor is where you will find the five star kitchen which was built with chefs in mind offering Wolfe appliances and all of the amenities that a chef demands for all of your catering and fine dining requirements. Guests can feel free to pull up a bar stool on the island and watch the chef create their master pieces!! Guests can also enjoy the main floor bar as yet an additional conversation area. Also located on the sprawling main level are many beautiful yet comfortable seating areas including the great room with wood burning fireplace and a bright airy Muskoka Room to kick back and read a great summer novel. The private master bedroom suite with a beautifully appointed ensuite washroom as well as an additional guest bedroom with washroom are both conveniently located on this level as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located on the second level which also offers guests yet another full private living space for their privacy and comfort.
