You will be mesmerized by the view from the 15th floor of this high-rise building, the fabulous view of the beach and the Coronado Bay Bridge. There is always a beautiful view--day or night--and some activity going on including sailboats of all sizes, luxury yachts, and the Hornblower dinner cruise ships. This luxury unit has been updated with granite/tile kitchen and baths, tile floors in all areas except the living room and the 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a Select Air King bed and the guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bath in the master suite has a walk-in shower, and the guest bath has a bathtub w/shower. There are three flat screen TVs and a DVD player, plus DVR in living room, high-speed wireless Internet. The condo comes with three Beach Cruiser Bikes and Beach chairs. The very secure building has a 24-hour manned guard at entry gate and a 24-hour doorman in the lobby of the building. You must have a key or clicker to access the garage, to enter the lobby from garage, to enter the pedestrian doors to garage, and to use the up elevator. Coronado beaches were voted in the Top Ten in the world and the No. One family beach, where swimming, boogie boarding, board surfing, kite surfing, body surfing, kayaking and jet skiing are very popular.
