New Golf 18 - hole golf course: Just 2 minutes from the villa is a brand new 18 hole golf course. Another golfing option for the variation is the golf course situated in Costa Teguise, a 15 minute car journey away.
Outside dining area: The terrace area is furnished with stylish Rattan garden furniture, a large parasol and BBQ, comfortable cushioned sun beds for 6 people. A private large heated swimming pool 28 ft, excellent for swimming. The terrace and pool area is very private and receives all day sun.
Distances: Villa Chic is just a short walk to the cosy village of Tias, where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tapas bars, chemist, banks and local bakeries. In the village centre you will also find the taxi rank and the bus stops for the new local Tias bus, which takes you to Puerto del Carmen for only 1 euro, or a 5 min. drive away. Car is recommended to see the island, but not essential.
