Sanctuary at Redfish is situated on 14 beautiful acres that border Big Redfish Lake, a rare coastal dune lake which arises from natural underground springs. These lakes flow in and out of the Gulf and are unique and very rare throughout the world.
Sanctuary at Redfish is centrally located between the upscale Pier Park shopping center in Panama City and Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Sandestin. Sanctuary at Redfish is a gated community with a quiet, private beach.
This luxury condo has 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths, 1800 square feet plus a covered balcony which overlooks the beautiful pools, Big Redfish Lake, and the Gulf of Mexico. Two master suites with king size beds and a third bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed provide a total sleeping capacity of 8. The master bedroom features a walk in closet and private balcony access. Each bedroom is equipped with its own full bath and television. There is a library of DVDs for children and adults as well. There is a powder room and a separate laundry room off the hall entry. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffeemaker, and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar with bar stools on the kitchen island and a formal dining table that seats six. This unit has 10 ft. ceilings with Travertine floors in bathrooms, hallways and kitchen. The entire unit has been recently painted and carpeted.
Sanctuary at Redfish boasts 4 large pools (one heated, and one 'zero-entry'), whirlpool spas, waterfalls, outdoor fire pit, gas grilling areas, owners' club with fitness center, and meeting facilities. You might also enjoy the use of bike rentals, free use of canoes and kayaks, as well as a free private water taxi to 500 feet of exclusive beachfront where you will have two COMPLIMENTARY beach chairs (and umbrella) available to you. This five minute pontoon ride allows you to enjoy the scenery surrounding Big Redfish Lake. The pontoon runs seasonally from March 1 to October 31.
Outside the gates is 30A's 16 mile long bike and running path. In contrast to overcrowded high rises, Sanctuary at Redfish is one of the most quiet and serene private accommodations on all of 30A beaches.
Scenic Hwy 30A runs in front of the complex connecting Blue Mountain Beach with Grayton Beach, Water Color, Seaside, and Rosemary Beach.
