You will have the Second and Third Floors of this house that also provide access to a total of 4 decks, with 3 facing the ocean side of the house, and will be one house off, and only a few steps, to the beautiful south end, newly created, WIDE beaches. The location is also only a block to the Corson's Inlet State Park, and provides easy access to Sea Isle City nightlife and 20 minutes to AC Casinos & Entertainment. The lower floor is the traditional 3 BR configuration, the living room has a cathedral ceiling and open stairs leading to the master bedroom with newly remodeled master bathroom, which offers direct access to the largest deck with teak table, gas grill, chatting area and finally steps to the rooftop deck, which is the high point of the south end neighborhood. There are 2 off street, private parking spaces on the ocean side of the house. A storage bin and outdoor storage is available on the south side of the house. There is an inflatable bed to accommodate guests 9 & 10 in the loft area, which can also be used as an office with a desk and 4 in 1 machine provided for your use. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.
