Summary: The property was the perfect place to stay for the Long Beach marathon weekend. We were able to see the finish line from the balcony!! The walkability was great with three young kids as well. The apartment is simple and comfortable and check in with Abel was a breeze!! The only things we really missed were a working dishwasher (Abel told us about it beforehand) and a sheet pan for the oven to heat up our leftovers. The in unit laundry was extremely useful!! All in all a great property and easy stay with the kids.
