The 2430 sq.ft. condominium was decorated for a talented Architect and Interior designer Mariano Lopez from Michoacán, Mexico, he is highly recognized Architect in Mexico, the condominium is a true work of art, you will feel very comfortable and warm in the condo that you will not want to leave, there is art also outside the main door when you just get out the elevator. All furniture was made with parotta wood ( parotta wood is typically from Central America, Mexico and North of South America) .
This condo has the best ocean view and also a very nice view for the arches (the most representative of Puerto Vallarta). From the master bedroom you will have a beautiful ocean view, if you leave the slide door open to the terrace you will hear the waves crashing the rocks every night, it will make you sleep with its symphony. The second bedroom has also an ocean view form the window with a small balcony. The third bedroom has a mountain view, you will hear the birds singing in the early mornings if you open de window.
You will fall in love with the beautiful large parotta dining table for 10 at the terrace, it is illuminated for an amazing lamp on the ceiling, the light is controlled for its dimmer.

There is an elegant dining table inside the condo for 8 for an intimate dinner. The open kitchen is totally equipped with high-tech appliances (microwave, oven, gas stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, cooking utensils, the kitchen has a dinner table for 4 with high chairs, the kitchen has an amazing ocean view also so you can be inspired to cook your favors dishes.
The nice and comfortable sofa at the living room will make you feel like being at home, you may watch your favorite show at the huge smart tv from a comfortable recliner.
Opening the sliding doors from the Kitchen and living room to the terrace you will experiences a big spacious converting in a big area to enjoy with your family watching the amazing sunsets from Puerto Vallarta.
The equipped grill on the terrace you may grill your stakes or favorite fish while your friends are making margaritas in the huge parotta wood bar in front of the grill, or just waiting for the sunset or watching the wheals passing by.

All the condominium has air conditioner and fans in the ceiling in every room, living room and dinning room, they are controlled independent.
