4 Bedroom Villa in Playacar, Playa del Carmen

This luxury villa is located in the private gated Playacar community adjacent to downtown Play Del Carmen. Everything you want is within walking distance, golf, beaches and the world famous 5th Avenue.
This house is fully air conditioned as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen , private washer and dryer. The main living area has a large dinning area and living room equipped with a 46' LCD TV, it leads to your private patio through double sliding doors. The sixty foot pool is steps away. The third bedroom also has private access to the patio and pool.
The upper level contains the master suite and second bedroom. The master is very large and has a king size bed and private patio with hammock overlooking the pool. The bath has a jacuzzi tub for two and a large shower. The second bedroom has two double beds with a private bath and shower.
You can enjoy all the amenities of home, wi-fi access, satellite tv, free international calls to Canada and the US as well as some European countries. This property is managed locally by a 100% bilingual representative to take care of all your needs and make your trip as enjoyable as possible.

Summary: We enjoyed very much our stay at this property. Layout was perfect for both, my elderly parents and our teenage kids. Bill was super responsive and helpful answering questions and assisting us before and during our stay.
