This well decorated condo features over 1600 sq/ft of living space in an open floor plan design from Kitchen to spacious Great Room with vaulted ceilings and a full wall of glass sliders that fully open to screened in lanai. The comfortable lanai furniture offers a nice place to relax. Bedrooms and Den have 12 foot ceilings to continue the open and airy concept. Great room, Master bedroom, Guest Bedroom and Den all have ceiling fans with remotes for your comfort. The Master suite has a beautiful view of palm trees and tropical landscape. The Master has a Queen bed with memory foam top and down pillows, 2 walk-in closets, private master bath with dual sinks and a private water closet and a 32 in. HDTV. The large second Bedroom has a queen bed with down pillows, is just steps of the Main Bathroom and offers a spectacular view of the lake and fountain. The office/den has a writing desk, 32 in. TV and queen pullout sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms are carpeted with ceramic tile throughout the main living areas, kitchen and bathrooms.
The kitchenette area is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee. It has a glass top table with seating for four with a spectacular view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked for the well appointed chef with stainless steel appliances including in door water/ice dispenser on the refrigerator, and offers another 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area has a table for six. The laundry room is equipped with brand new washer and dryer, and linens and towels are provided. Home has 3 HDTV's in the Greatroom, Master BR, and Den.
