Our four bedroom condo has a beautiful & elegant style, yet provides a casual and relaxing space that will meet your highest expectations of a great stay. It can accommodate 2 to 12 persons. Located located in the most exclusive beach complex on the Mexican Pacific coast. Nothing compares to it. The rooms are all spacious and bright, decorated with an elegant coast style. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 have both one king size bed, a twin bed/sofa, Sky TV and private bath. Both have a gorgeous terrace with resting chairs and hammocks facing the ocean. Bedroom 3 has three twin beds, an additional pull-out twin bed and private bath. Bedroom 4 has also three twin beds, one of which is a bunk bed, and a bath. All bedrooms have A/C, ceiling fans and wifi. My favorite place is the top floor where there is a huge open space with the living room, dining area, small pool, terrace, sofas, outdoor table and an incredible view. Here you will enjoy life! It also features A/C in case you want a cool environment that can be closed with glass sliding doors (without sacrificing the great view). You have wifi everywhere. In the living room area there is a 50' TV with high definition Sky TV. Our cleaning lady Ari is also a great cook! She comes everyday (except Sundays) during your stay to prepare all your meals, serve you drinks, clean, and keep everything running smoothly (9am-5pm). Her assistance is included in your fee. For more than 6 guests, she will bring another person to help her with all the daily chores (no additional fee will apply). Located in the gated community Punta Ixtapa, in the Veleros section, you will have free use of the luxury resort's 2 clubs and 4 private beaches: - 'El Morro' beach club with 2 large infinity pools, a great restaurant, and a private beach with kayaks and lifeguards. It takes 3 minutes to walk from our condo to El Morro. - 'Las Cuatas' with 2 private beaches and an beautiful gym overlooking the ocean. - The fourth beach is called Playa Quieta and it also has a private club with a pool and a restaurant.This beach is great for jogging, walking or water skiing. The clubs have an incredibly high level of service: they provide you towels, beach umbrellas, and bar and food service (drinks just keep coming!). The restaurants have a top notch Mexican chef who creates fresh and delicious dishes, at incredible low prices (restaurants are non-profit services). Our condo has 2 new hybrid bikes that you can freely use to bike around Ixtapa. By the way, Ixtapa is famous for its 'ciclopista', it is a +20km (12 miles) paved path that goes along all Ixtapa an into Playa Linda, where people bike, jog, walk and skate. There are lots of free additional things to do on premises to have everyone happy: tennis, paddle-tennis, bicycles, kayak and workout gym by the beach. There are two golf courses in Ixtapa which are located at a 10 min drive. You can freely use our tennis racquets (2), sets of golf clubs (2), surf board, beach balls, etc. Also, you can get surf lessons right at the El Morro beach (40 usd/hr), get a professional massage at the condo (45 usd/hr), and many other activities (golf, fishing, scuba diving, sailing…) which are listed on a service directory that we provide you. If you want you can use our car, a GM Suburban, to move around the Ixtapa area, go to other beaches, or to have dinner in Zihuatanejo town (a $20 daily fee for your stay will apply). Also, we can arrange to have a driver from the condo staff to take our GM Suburban and pick you up at the airport. There is no cost. The airport is ~15 mins away from our condo., If you provide a grocery shopping list, the condo management staff will buy it and have it ready for your arrival. Note: our property is in a private area of Ixtapa, not in the (too) crowded area where most of the huge buildings with apartments for rent are located (like Bay View Grand -BVG-, Tesoro, Palmetto, etc.)
