Located on the grounds of Mira Vista Resort, a well regarded and top rated AANR clothing optional / Nudist resort, this fully furnished luxury condo vacation rental is a premium location, upper floor unit with both city lights and mountain sunset views in a beautiful 30 acre desert setting. Quiet location, but close to shopping, restaurants, golf, parks, bike paths in Marana and Tucson. 20 minutes to airport. Located north of the city of Tucson, but only minutes away to vibrant downtown, the University of Arizona, the convention center , museums and shopping . You can access I-10 3 miles down the road making it easy to explore all of Tucson and southern Arizona. 2 pools, conversation pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, lounge and bar, dances, karaoke, and more are available in the resort. The entire property is clothing optional, nudity is required in the pools. Gated community. Owner lives on property. This condo building is the latest addition to the growing community and is in the most desirable location. Condo rental does NOT INCLUDE resort fees. Resort fees must be paid directly to the resort before check in. The resort will assign a gate code upon payment for entry to the property. If you do not call ahead and pay the resort fees you cannot enter the property. Day fees are $33 /day per person ($27 if you are AANR members). Annual memberships are available for $466 for singles, $914.50 for couples. Annual membership is the economical choice for longer stays.
