Spend your vacation in high class accommodation at this gorgeous lakefront home! Situated just across the lakefront, this house offers breathtaking views of the water and surrounding nature. Perfectly designed with entertaining in mind, this incredible Avoca Lake home features abundant space and visual grandeur hard to find in a vacation rental. The foyer leads into an open-planned dining, living and kitchen area with glass sliding doors opening up to the large partly covered al fresco dining, perfect for evening dips with a bottle of wine and enjoying the views. A gas grill is available on this deck as well, for barbecues during the warmer months. With two sitting areas, there is plenty of room to lounge comfortably in front of the gas fire place and enjoying drinks before meals while taking in the spectacular lake view. This area is ideal for entertaining guests of all ages, anytime of the year. The open and bright kitchen has plenty of counter space for preparing and serving meals. To the left of the kitchen is the dining area, which offers comfortable seating for 12 guests. BEDDING CONFIGURATION: The master suite with a king bed has a private bathroom and large walk-in-wardrobe. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have queen beds and built in robes and bedroom 4 a double + single bunk arrangement and built in robe. On the same floor there is a second bathroom available and a laundry which leads into the lockable double garage. A separate entry leads to bedroom 5 downstairs with two bunk beds and is totally self-contained with own private bathroom, living and kitchen area. This beautiful home is close to the centre of Avoca Beach, where guests can enjoy a variety of shopping, fine dining, and movies on a rainy day and not far away from the beach with rock pool and playground for the children. Whatever your interests are, Luxury by Avoca Lake is sure to make your vacation a cherished event. Whale watching Copacabana- Get fit walking the hill to Copa lookout and read extracts from Captain Cook's logbook on his travels in the area. Watch the whales pass in whale "season" - June/July. Need a nature fix? The area is surrounded by National Parks - stroll through trails to local beaches, view the ocean from high rock ledges. By car, lots to see along the coastline, for example, south to Kincumber, have coffee and see the Arboretum at Pearl Beach or just wander tucked away bays. The hourly ferry service from Ettalong or Wagstaff is bliss for when you need to get out of the sun. Brisbane Waters can also be wandered by small ferries. Rather fun to catch the ferry to Palm Beach from Wagstaff and do a "gal's" spot of shopping. For the golfers who experience withdrawal symptoms - Gosford and Woy Woy courses will solve the problem and the driving range at Kincumber will give you a quick fix. Gosford Regional Gallery at West Gosford has great Japanese Gardens, coffee shop and of course, gallery and gift shop. Gallery 460 near Kincumber has a gallery and huge sculpture park definitely worth a visit. Movies at Kincumber. Avoca and Erina Fair. The restored Avoca Beach Theatre is an attraction by itself.
