Napa County Wineries - Just minutes from the head of Silverado Trail which leads to some of the best wineries in the world. Airports - 15 mins from/to Napa County Airport (private only) - 1 hr 15 min from/to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) - 1 hr from/to Oakland International Airport (OAK) HOUSE RULES - No pets allowed - No smoking inside - No parties or events unless authorized - Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout by 11:00 AM Additional Rules - All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in. - Additional bedding is available upon request only. - Guest shall comply with all statutes, ordinances, and requirements of all municipal, state and federal laws regarding the Property, including the use, possession, production or sale of illegal drugs. - Non-approved late check-outs will result in a charge of 5% of the nightly rate for every half-hour late on departure. - If the Guest violates the no-smoking policy, the Guest shall be responsible for all damage caused by smoking, including but not limited to, stains, burns, odor, and removal of debris. If the Guest violates the no-smoking policy, the Guest may be required to immediately vacate the Property or may be removed, in which case the Guest forfeits all rights to the return of any unused rental fees. Guests violating this no-smoking policy will forfeit a minimum cleaning fee of $500 from the Guest security deposit. - If the Guest violates the no pet policy, the Guest shall be responsible for all damages caused by the pet and Guest and the Guest’s guests and invitees will be required to immediately vacate the Property or shall be removed therefrom. The Guest forfeits the right of the return of any unused rental fees. Guests violating this no-pet policy will forfeit a minimum cleaning fee of $500 and shall be charged for all costs incurred by Host to repair any damages to the Property caused by pets. - Guests shall be quiet and peaceful, so as to respect and not to disturb other residents of the neighborhood, particularly after 10:00 PM. CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancel up to 60 days before your trip and get a full refund. - Cancel within 30 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
