4 Bedroom Condo in Isle of Palms

This beautiful ocean front villa features four bedrooms, each with its own private bath. Designer decorated with a Mediterranean flare. The master bedroom and den open to a large covered veranda overlooking the ocean and a beautiful oceanfront pool. The covered verandah has seating for at least ten guest. There are flat screen TV's in each bedroom as well as high speed wireless internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped for even the pickiest chef and is complete with top of the line appliances and large pantry. The dining room table has seating for at least eight as well as seating for four at the kitchen bar. There is a gas fireplace in the den. Other amenities include: Large Flat screen TV in den, 55" flat screen TV in master bedroom, highchair and pac n play, flat screens in all bedrooms. DVD player, wet bar, Keurig coffee pot, new large capacity washer/dryer, all linens provided, central air conditioning, elevator, luggage rack and grocery cart, two charcoal grills are situated between the pool and the ocean, covered parking, and the complex is completely gated. You are only 25 steps to the beach from our pool gate. Located on the second floor, you will enjoy spectacular ocean and pool views. The living area is conveniently on one level. Great location for renters in need of handicap accessibility. Only nine villas were built in this complex, providing each guest with privacy and no over crowding. Just walk outside our gates and enjoy local shops and restaurants. During your stay enjoy a trip to historic downtown Charleston. It is only a 15 minute drive or take a water taxi into the city.
