Welcome to South Padre Island, AKA Cancun, TX! This newly renovated home is the perfect place to capture the true beauty of South Padre Island. This stunning property boasts a gorgeous pool with picturesque palm trees, a hot tub jacuzzi, and an outdoor grilling station, making it ideal for fun in the sun! This home's location is superb as it is located steps away from Beach Access 18, making it the perfect location for you and your guests to enjoy. This 2-story beachy home has four bedrooms and three full baths and will sleep ten people comfortably!
The true beauty is captured in the backyard which will be your own personal oasis during your visit. You can step outside and find relaxation in the hot tub and pool that is surrounded by 2 Sylvester Palms framing both sides of the back master bedroom deck, 2 Bougainvillea Trees (one pink and one purple), 3 large Birds of Paradise, a Piru King Palm, a large, mature multi-colored Plumeria, a Tequila (yellow) and Hollywood (bright pink) strain hibiscus, and 3 Pride of Barbados (orange). With all of these beautiful colors, the backyard itself will feel like an island of your own. Take a step on either of the balconies and soak in paradise. Or, saunter out to the front yard to enjoy the splendor of numerous large mature California Fan Palms, 2 large mature Queen Palms framing both sides of the front deck, 1 Pink Bougainvillea Tree, and a Butterfly (orange) strain hibiscus. Your vacation rental has been meticulously designed to portray a beach and refreshing vibe with a cozy setup to provide you with the perfect relaxation place. Come stay at Casa de Palmera!

Summary: Multiple “small” things wrong with property, but when I reached out to property manager (Susan) she seemed bothered & extremely RUDE and was late to have house cleaned & in working order both on day of check-in as well as in middle of our stay. The house itself is beautiful & offers a lot of space and is close to the beach. Even the agency (COZI) who oversees the property was not as responsive as I’d expect for the high amount of money I paid to rent this house.
