Hollywood Beach has a quiet "small town" atmosphere and is situated halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara, CA. It is truly the best kept secret in southern California. The home features an open floor plan with lots of light. 4 bedrooms / 3 full baths. 4th / 5th floor split roof deck has ocean and harbor views.
Walk to the the harbor you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, etc. You can book a deep sea fishing trip or a cruise to the Channel Islands.

Summary: House was very nice with large rooms. As advertised. Easy walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and farmers and art market over the weekend. Would highly recommend anyone to go to the rooftop patio and watch the sunset over the Pacific!
