Positive: Probably the best villa in Madeira; excellent location close to city centre, amazing ocean views, very good level of refurbishment (villa has been fully restored/refurbished over the past few years), a lot of space across 4 floors (and also small garden / deck / pool area).
Negative: Villa itself has 4 bedrooms, and there are 2 extra single bedroom apartments that share the pool and street entrance with the main villa - it's not immediately obvious from the listing that those need to be booked separately.
