Negative: Lots of rubbish with rotting food at the bottom of the staircase, this could have been cleared as it was not nice at all. The noise from the road was very loud, the double glazing did not help. We did not sleep for 2 nights because of the noise from the road. The flat was clean with limited basics only, only half a toilet roll was provided.
Summary: Flat was acceptable, but the noise from the road meant that we did not get any sleep for 2 nights.
