The Villa has a separate bedroom and a common area with a large couch that folds out to sleep two persons. The bathroom must be accessed through the bedroom only. The condo is steps away from the lake, bus stop and Limonta ferry stop. There is also a small secluded beach a few minutes walk. We have seen several apartments in the area and If luxury living is your wish we have it for you ! The villa is air-conditioned.

Summary: Mark was the perfect host, he met us on arrival and was there to wish us well on our departure and was available 24/7 should the need arise. He even gave some of his freshly baked soda bread, which was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised we had sole use of a jacuzzi and comfortable seating area on a private terrace. We also had the sole use of a BBQ and seating on a second terrace. Not to mention a third seating area on a balcony overlooking lake Como. The apartment is very well appointed and looked freshly decorated. It was particularly hot during our stay but the air conditioning kept us cool. There is a private car parking space only yards from the front door and the is easily accessible. A five minute drive will take you to a well stocked supermarket and a further 2 minutes drive will get you the centre of Bellagio which has lots of restaurants and shops. All in all a perfect apartment in a perfect location, with a perfect host, a throughly enjoyable experience.
