You can swim or boat in our clean 35 acre non motored lake or jump in our professionally serviced and private pool to refresh from the sun. The house has a large living area and lake views from almost every space. Our guests have access to the HEATED INDOOR POOL all YEAR with our private community tags and the also the large HEATED OUTDOOR POOL (Memorial-May to Labor Day-Sept, 2021) at the Recreation center about 1 mile from our house. Imagine jumping off the end of the dock, yup just like the pictures you see, you can even Instagram that for your friends. NEW KITCHEN ready in April 2021. Old Mallard is 5 minutes away from the Niagara of PA, Bushkill Falls. Shawnee Ski Mountain is about 12 miles away and is a great place for family Winter fun. For runners, this area has some challenging and very low traffic hills and roads for your enjoyment. The deer will be your fans on route. Old Mallard has new floors in each bedroom (April 2021) and upgraded amenities with Air Conditioning and heat in every room and a great view from our large deck. A wood burning fireplace with free firewood and a fun entertaining lower level with a ping pong table, foosball and a mini bar with a fridge for you favorite beverages (April 2021), a TV with DirecTV and all the premium channels for your entertainment, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. Take a step back in time with our Nintendo NES system console with 165 games, from Zelda to 1942. The family room is very well equipped with a large TV, DirecTV, free Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime TV and all movies. The kitchen and dining room is open and easily flows into the family room into a 26x26 ft open space with 13 ft tall ceilings. Imagine making memories with family and friends, cooking, playing games, sitting by the fire or watching a movie. At night, take a walk down to our private firepit, make some smores and tell scary stories to the kids. Nearby attractions include Tree Ventures for climbing and ziplining, Childs Park for more hiking, Bushkill Falls (The Niagara of PA) and the Delaware River for canoeing. If you wan to stay home and do nothing, we have everything for you. Use our canoe and kayak for free, swim in our motor free lake, see if you can do one lap, it's about 1 mile around.
