Welcome to our Brand new Urban Escape, The Charmed Escape, located on 3+ private acres in Durham, NC just minutes from every convenience you might like. In addition to the main home that was built in the 1800s, this stunning beauty has gig cable internet and a heated indoor pool. This will be our first time renting this particular home, but please see our reviews at The Zen Escape located in Surf City, NC: VRBO: 1362857 Located directly between downtown Durham and downtown Hillsborough (less than 15 minutes to each), this stunning property is less than 30 minutes from the RDU (Raleigh Durham) airport, only 11 minutes to Duke University, Museum of Life Science, 25 minutes to UNC Chapel Hill, 20 minutes to RTP and just 1 mile to Eno River State Park. It is truly convenient to all parts of the Triangle, yet when you're there, you feel like you've escaped to a peaceful sanctuary. Instacart, Grubhub, DoorDash, and Uber eats all deliver here. Our grounds cover 3+ acres and there is plenty of room to run, play, relax, enjoy the wildlife (birds, deer, rabbits) swinging on the front porch, and of course swim in our heated indoor pool. Our kitchen features everything you need to enjoy your staycation at our home away from your home. We offer Spectrum Cable via cable box in the master bedroom and via the Spectrum app on all the smart TVs in the living room and other bedrooms and Spectrum GIG Internet via a mesh network through out the home. The interior of the home has been freshly painted and with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels. The Pool house has heat and AC and includes a heated lap pool, full bathroom, and screen in porch. The driveway can accommodate at least 6 cars. There is plenty of room for a RV for those that love to travel via RV but don't have anywhere to park it. We offer laundry detergent, a fully stocked kitchen including spices and pantry items, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case by case basis and a $200 refundable pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs be allowed in or on any of the beds. Please note - we can not accept your feline family members as guests at this time. No cats allowed in the home.
