With over 280 feet of point Lake frontage the 151 House has arguably one of the best views on Lake Oconee. The Home has 5 Master Suites and 7 and 1/2 bathrooms and will sleep up to 16 people. Over 2500 Sq ft of porches covered in Brazilian Hardwood known as IPE. Each master suite has an all-glass wall facing the lake with private porch access as well as a flat screen tv. There are 3 outdoor fireplaces as well as a 2-sided infinity pool with hot tub overlooking the point. The upper lounge is equipped with a wet bar and has a 16ft bi-fold glass door that opens to an 800 sq ft porch with exterior tv and gas fire pit. (This porch has glass railing). There is a Bonus room for the kids with a ping pong table as well as a pool table and 75in tv with surround sound. The home is equipped with SMART technology that includes motorized shades as well as individual temperature control in each bedroom and sound control through the house and outdoor spaces. The living room / dining room is all glass and overlooks the main level porch as well as the infinity pool. The kitchen is one of a kind! It was custom built in Italy by Valcucine and has Gaggeneau and Sub-Zero appliances. Fully equipped with a Steam oven as well as a Tepanyaki cooktop. Upstairs in the 5th Master suite there is an additional living room, kitchen and dining area completely separate from the main house.

Summary: The entire family had a wonderful time at The 151 House. My wife's 75th birthday was outstanding and a week to remember. The home is only about 75 minutes from the Atlanta airport which made it convenient for family from Denver, Orlando, San Francisco and Michigan.
