Summary: The house was good, nice and clean. The service was awful. Checked in Thursday around 1/1:30 and called about the pool needing cleaning. It was green and trashy. They claimed someone was coming out Thursday and if not Thursday then Friday. I called back Friday because no one ever came. They assured me someone was coming out. I called the emergency number complaining about the pool because my family was ready to enjoy the pool and was told someone would come look at it, but nothing again. Called again Saturday with the same promise and nothing. The pool guy that was not our pool caretaker cleaned it for us and told us that the pool was a disaster and it should have been cleaned. So we only was able to get in the pool Saturday night because we checked out on Sunday. I'm very disappointed in the service and the nonchalant attitude about it. The amount of money I spent for this house and didn't get to enjoy the pool and neighbors on both side were in their pool having fun. I did not get my money's worth.
