Absolutely stunning 7 bedroom home in the fabulous Terra verde Resort. Vacation in this modern 7 bedroom home with brand new kitchen with quartz worktops and new appliances. Relax at your own (heating optional) private south facing pool in the sun, chill at night with a glass of wine in the covered lanai with outdoor tv or take yourself to the resort swimming pool and tiki bar. Pool heating is charged at an additional fee of $25 per day which includes tax and would be charged after the reservation is made.
There is a games room to play in after a long day at the theme parks.
There are 3 bedrooms that have king beds. 2 bedrooms that have queen beds and 2 bedroom that have 2 twin beds each.
The resort is going to charge you a $25 fee per car to register your car when you check in. This is non-refundable.
You must be 25 years old or older to book this home.
This house requires renters to provide photo ID to the property manager and will be required to have a hold put on their credit card for a security damage deposit with the property manager.
