The Space:
You will be renting the entire single family home, there are no adjoining units! There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms:
1st floor : Poolside Lounge Room with table (seating of 4), Two couches and Smart TV, Entrance to the Elevator, and Stairs
2nd floor : 4 private bedrooms, 3 with King Size Beds, 1 with a Double Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 4 full bathrooms, Washer & Dryer
3rd floor : 2 private bedrooms: 1 with King Bed and 1 with a Single Bunk Bed and Trundle Bed. 2 Full Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Washer & Dryer
Two of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a balcony facing the front of the property giving a beautiful view of the Gulf

There is a driveway in the front of the home that can accommodate two vehicles

You will receive a code in your welcome letter a couple of days prior to arrival.

Summary: Everything was absolutely perfect! Our family stays somewhere on Ft. Myers beach every year, this year we added my elderly parents and my sister. A large group! The house was a great size, across from the beach, large gathering areas and the elevator was a game changer! Everything we needed-not one single complaint! We appreciated a low maintenance vacation for the entire family! Thank you so much! We highly recommend this space
